VF CASH ON FIRE
Alan & Sherri Carr
2004 Palomino/Yellow Roan Stallion
Now Enrolled as a Future Fortune Stallion. All offspring are eligible Future Fortune Colts.
If you are reading this I’m sure you are a horse lover. Whatever it is that makes you love horses we believe our stallion VF Cash on Fire has the ability to produce for you.
Our family thrives on speed, competition, and safety (being the parents of five children). We love the feeling of a fast horse! There is nothing like making a fast barrel, pole or team roping run and experiencing that adrenaline rush. Feeling you have a horse you can trust and partner with then allow them to take you for a ride.
Cash has blessed our family with these experiences in the barrel pen, team roping, pole bending, and working cattle on the ranch. We have never wondered what this run is going to be, because he always has his head in the game.
The individual Stallions performance is so important and what his offspring is doing is even more important. Cash is a young stallion but we have offspring up to age four years old on our ranch in eastern Colorado. We have broke these colts to ride and love them. Like there sire they have a great work ethic, they are consistent, athletic, and have a sound conformation. We appreciate Cash’s colt most when you catch them, saddle, and mount; they are looking forward and ready to get to work for you.
Pedigree is certainly important and boy Cash is loaded with a champion pedigree. Pedigree information below.
It is my job to introduce you to our stallion VF Cash on Fire through these words which I feel completely inadequate to do so please contact our family and come out to the ranch and meet your next champions sire VF CASH ON FIRE!
From our Family to yours have a blessed year.
VF CASH ON FIREis registered Palomino but he is a Yellow Roan.
70% Color producer; palomino, buckskin, perlino, and red roan.

VF CASH ON FIRE show record.
Alan purchased the yellow stallion in 2006 for his wife Sherri to futurity, with all BFA and other futurity payments made they became pregnant with their forth child, Spoke Carr, unfortunately this put Sherri out of competitive riding for a time. So the Carrs called on good friend and phenomenal horse women Lorie Diodosio to jockey their now four coming five year old stallion. Lorie took Cash in Aug. of 2008 and began his futurity career. First the team whet to the BFA in Dec. of 2008 and even with the short time they trained together they were just shy of making the short go. In June of 2009 the team competed at the Red Desert Classic Futurity in Rock Springs, WY. There the team made the short go.
VF CASH ON FIRE Mile Hi Barrel Horse Assosiation 2009 Novice Horse 1D reserve champion with rider Lorie Diodosio.
While with Mike and Lorie Diodosio VF Cash on Fire competed in jackpots and was a money earner in Barrels and Team Roping.
In June of 2009 the Carr Family got Cash back from Lorie Diodosio and Sherri entered Cash in the Cornhuskers Futurity in NE. Not quite up to competition level with her riding the team went out of the futurity average with a hit barrel but placed in the Open. Next the team went to the Fizz Bomb Classic, WY they ended up in the top 10 in Future Fortunes after round one then went out of the average.
Sherri became pregnant with their fifth child, Gabe Carr. This open the door for their 12 year old daughter Madaline to compete on Cash. This team competed at local jackpots and BBR races. The team was the Hugo Roping Club Junior Champion overall. They placed and won money in Barrels, Poles, Goat Tying, Breakaway roping, and Team Roping. Madaline was also the Lincoln County Fair and Rodeo Princess Attendant and her and Cash presented the flags at rodeos and represented the Lincoln County Fair and Rodeo at parades across the state of CO.
Madaline and Cash teamed up at the Colorado Junior Rodeo Association rodeos and qualified for the finals competing in less than half of the qualifying rodeos in the Pole Bending and Parent Child Team Roping and just missed qualifying in the barrels. The team was also the Hugo Roping Club Intermediate Reserve Champion overall earning money in the Barrels, Poles, Goat Tying, Breakaway roping, and Team Roping through out the year.
Sherri and Cash competed and began the process of getting Cash’s ROM in AQHA Barrel Racing in December at the Denver Stock Show and Rodeo PreDenver Show with a 2nd place.
